3. Booking & Payments

Estimates and quotes provided online or in person are non-binding until confirmed.

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future work if appointments are rescheduled with proper notice.

Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, or digital invoice through our approved systems (e.g., Stripe, GoHighLevel, or in-person POS).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Skyline Customs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Quality & Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship and materials.

Warranty coverage (where applicable) depends on the specific service, product manufacturer, and aftercare compliance.

Warranty may be voided by improper maintenance, environmental damage, or third-party interference after service completion.

For ceramic coatings and tints, proper care instructions will be provided — failure to follow them may affect performance or appearance.

6. Marketing & Communication Consent

By submitting your information through our forms, you agree that Skyline Customs may contact you via:

Phone calls, text messages, or emails related to quotes, appointments, or promotions.

Automated messages or reminders sent through our CRM or marketing tools (e.g., GoHighLevel).

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to texts or unsubscribing from emails.
